Little stinker!

So my little Jude turned 10 months this weekend and with this milestone came the obligatory unrolling of the toiletpaper roll. Now that he's caught on to the crawling thing he definitely keeps me hopping. He is such a busy boy...I don't remember the other 3 keeping me this busy. Ha ha....yeah right!! I think those years were so wild that they're just a blur in my mind. :)


And just look how very proud of himself he is. Mommy's taking a picture so this must be really cute, right? He's such a funny little guy...he brings a lot of laughter into my life. I love him to bits!!




However, his new ablity to get around and stand up everywhere has unfortunately led to 2 accidents in the past 2 days. Yesterday he stood up in Samuel's closet, reached for the musical aquarium (which is really quite heavy) and it fell and smacked him in the face. He cried so hard and ended up with his very first bloody nose :(. Then this evening, I put him in his crib... which is the one place I know he'll be safe and not get in trouble. So he's standing in there shaking his head back and forth as hard as he can, laughing and being his kooky little self when he slips and cracks the top of his mouth on the crib rail. OH...MY...WORD!! Did it ever bleed!! I held him against my shoulder for awhile and when I pulled back to look at him, blood was pouring out of his mouth. It was horrible. It just kept bleeding for about 15 minutes. I felt so sorry for him. The other 3 boys were all in the bathroom with us trying to help out in any way they could. Ahh...it's a tough stage...sooo busy and absolutely no understanding yet. I hope he's a quick learner ;). Anyway...that was my Jude's adventure of the day...hopefully tomorrow will be an injury-free day. Good night!
